Next thing I knew? I was running 15+ client visits a month, shaping experiences for over 200 visits in 2 years. I became the go-to person for managing everything from casual walk-ins to high-stakes global leadership tours—and loved every bit of the chaos.

What I did:


• Led the end-to-end visit strategy, from pre-planning to post-visit reporting

• Built and maintained a system to track visits and capture insights

• Acted as a face of Wongdoody during global events and on-site meetings

• Presented our capabilities to clients (hello, Sales HAT!)

• Led strategic workshops to understand client goals

• Mentored new team members to ace their presentations and sharpen delivery


Also: survived 3 coffee machines and made it to the top of the leaderboard 3 quarters in a row.

Growth moments, soft skills, and a masterclass in confidence.


• Good visit strategy = great client experience.

• Systems are sexy — especially when they empower people.

• Presenting regularly made me a more confident communicator (and less afraid of awkward silences).

• Mentoring made me a stronger leader — patient, prepared, and proactive.


Tip: Presenting a LOT makes you way less afraid of silence.
